We loved PJ! She was very knowledgeable and made us feel at ease knowing we were taken care of. PJ is very easy to trust. She let us know everything that we needed to do prior to closing and any documents that would be helpful for us to use after closing. We felt we were in good hands with PJ. Her advice was invaluable to selling our previous home and she worked hard to represent us and our best interests when buying our new home. We would definitely work with PJ again for any future home buying or selling.

She was very responsive, even on weekends and after-hours, and she was flexible in scheduling for visiting potential houses. Even after signing the lease, PJ went above and beyond to help me figure out how to set up my utilities and start the moving process, and she came with me to meet the owner of the home on move-in day after I asked her for support. Not only does PJ have a wealth of knowledge regarding the DFW area, the process of searching for and purchasing/renting a home, and what to look for in my future home, but she is also generous with her knowledge and consistently offers her experience and advice. She was also helpful in negotiations with the landlord and was able to get them to include a washer and dryer and some house fixes that might otherwise have been inconvenient at the original lease term. I connected with PJ on a personal level, and I will trust her to help me find another home when I'm ready to buy one in the DFW area. I could not recommend her more highly to anyone looking at renting or buying a home in the area, and I look forward to working with her again in the future.
